The staff of AMAKS "Polyarnaya Zvezda" introduced children from the Ivushka kindergarten to the specifics of working in the hotel sector.
The young participants of the tour were introduced to the departments of the hotel: reception and accommodation department, maid service, cafe-bar, kitchen.
The tour of the hotel itself began with the reception area, and after walking through the hotel lobby, the guys got into the Swedish area of the cafe-bar, into the hotel kitchen, where the chef of the restaurant told in detail about how the kitchen "lives", showed the cold and hot workshop, and other special kitchen appliances and professional refrigerators in which products are stored according to the principle of grocery neighborhood.
After the kitchen, the room stock was waiting for everyone. At the same time, the children were explained how to use electronic room keys and how to prepare the room before the arrival of new guests. We conducted a tour of the reception and accommodation service and showed the work of the manager.
At the end of the tour, the hotel staff presented sweet gifts from the chef to all participants of the event.
