The first official working week of the coming year in AMAKS is a traditional summing up of the past year. Managing directors of all network facilities gathered at the hospitable resort of AMAKS "Novaya Istra".
In addition to summing up the results of the work of 2022 and awarding special distinctions to the managing directors of the network, a presentation was held at Novaya Istra from partners – the Ladoga company.
Within two days, training sessions were also held – from Andrey Sergeevich Saykin and Elena Ladysheva - "Hotel through the eyes of a guest", from Olga Petrovna Merkulova – a practical workshop "Standards of cleaning the room stock", Oleg Nikolaevich Reshetnikov and Stanislav Vitalievich Ukolov conducted practical training from the security department.
The invited speaker was Yulia Loginova– a business coach, coach and psychologist. The topic of the training "Leadership as service" touched on subtle and important topics: how a leader differs from a leader, how to develop leadership qualities and increase self-confidence on the part of colleagues.
With renewed vigor, enthusiasm, energy and ambitious plans, the AMAKS Hotels & Resorts chain is entering a new year, 2023.
