For adult citizens of the Russian Federation:
- the original of the internal Russian passport;
For minor citizens of the Russian Federation:
- original Russian passport or birth certificate;
- notarized power of attorney from parents when traveling without a guardian or parents;
For foreign citizens:
- foreign passport;
- migration card;
- visa (for citizens of visa regime countries) or residence permit / work permit / temporary residence permit.
