The AMAKS "Polyarnaya Zvezda" Hotel actively cooperates with the Employment Center of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug in the city of Novy Urengoy.
Since 2022, the Department of Employment of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug has been implementing a pilot project "Turnkey Personnel" in the territories of the Purovsky district and the city of Novy Urengoy.
The project is aimed at achieving the following results:
- meeting the needs of employers, including small and medium-sized businesses in personnel;
- reduction of the employee search period, including outside the autonomous Okrug;
- high-quality selection of employees to meet the stated requirements;
- creating an image of recognition and attractiveness of the employer;
- placement of vacancies on state and non-state resources;
- creation of a personnel reserve.
Within the framework of the Turnkey Personnel project, 2 employees were hired:
