In Novy Urengoy, the first stage of the sports contest of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia among the main departments of the Ural Federal District was held. Volleyball matches were held at the Zvezdny Sports Palace. Teams from Chelyabinsk, Tyumen, Sverdlovsk and Kurgan regions, as well as KhMAO and YANAO took part in them.
On May 21, the second game day of volleyball competitions among the employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Urals ended. Yamal rescuers took the fourth place, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District reported.
