The rooms are clean, the bed linen is crisp white, the staff is friendly and always responds to requests. The food is very tasty and fresh. Convenient location, close to shops.

It was a great hotel, I liked everything. Good rooms, great food, friendly staff, everything is just fine. One of the best and perhaps the best hotel in Novy Urengoy in my opinion.


I was driving through the winter garden at night. I really wanted to sleep. I booked a room, but upon arrival it turned out to be a month in advance)) Thanks to the administrator, they checked in, shifted the reservation, and gave me a room. The room has everything you need, the linen is clean. There was no breakfast. My score is 5 for the human attitude. That's the main thing for me.


Nice hotel. The rooms are clean: TV, mini fridge, shower, toilet, minimal set of dishes, towels — everything is in the room. There is a cooler with hot and cold water on the floor, as well as an ironing board with an iron, you can iron things. Security, silence, cafe on the ground floor, breakfast buffet.


Great rooms, delicious breakfasts, the staff is helpful and attentive.


Clean, tidy rooms, timely cleaning, quick check-in and check-out, friendly staff. There is a cafe. Breakfast buffet (not the most varied, but very pleasant) The railway station is within walking distance, the hotel is located almost in the city center. All infrastructure is nearby.


It's very cozy, the staff is helpful, I recommend everything.
