I often stay at this hotel. This is the best option in the city of Novy Urengoy! Clean, cozy rooms, delicious hearty breakfast and courteous staff. A big plus is the location. There is a shopping center and grocery stores nearby.

I am a regular guest of your hotel, I really love your cafe, everything is delicious, a cozy atmosphere, polite and attentive waiters, wonderful, kind, responsive bartenders.I especially want to single out Anna and Yulia and Daria, the sweetest girls, I was glad to see them every day, I can also say about Roman, he does his job well, I would like to single out Ekaterina as well, she is too intrusive and it is somehow not pleasant to be in her company.I also want to highlight the work of the reception staff, Nikolai behaves towards the guests like a true friend, which is very pleasant. I also want to highlight the booking department, I think this is the heart of this hotel, but the rooms certainly want to be of the best quality, but everything is pretty good.
